Amy Dupcak is Editor-in-Chief

We are pleased to announce that Amy Dupcak is taking over the helm as the journal’s Editor-in-Chief for the next year.

Amy is the author of Dust (2016), and co-editor of Words After Dark (2020), an anthology of prose and poetry. Her fiction and creative nonfiction have appeared in Vol 1. Brooklyn, Sonora Review, Entropy, Phoebe, Fringe, Litro, Hypertext, and Bookanista, among other journals, while her poetry has appeared in Pangyrus, Passengers, District Lit, The Blue Mountain Review, American Writers Review, and Alternative Press‘s “In Isolation” chapbook. She earned her MFA in Fiction from The New School and she’s a longtime creative and essay writing instructor at Writopia Lab, primarily working with teens. She also teaches across genres at The Writer’s Rock and 826NYC, and she works independently with writers of all ages. Recently Cagibi’s Fiction Editor, Amy was the journal’s first reader.
