When will I get my Zoom information?

You’ll receive your class information, including Zoom link if applicable, directly from the instructor at least a week before the first day of class.

Do you offer payment plans?

Not at this time.

What happens if my class is canceled?

If Cagibi needs to cancel a class for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund.

Are classes recorded?

The recording of classes is prohibited.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you need to cancel your registration for a class, the following refund schedule applies:

For online classes, we can only offer full refunds if you cancel one calendar week prior to the start of class. After that, before the start date of class, we can offer a 80% refund. Once it’s the start date of class, we cannot refund day-of cancellations or refund or partially refund the fee. This includes day-of cancellations: we cannot refund day-of cancellations.

Cagibi cannot provide refunds or offer makeup sessions for classes a student might miss.

If Cagibi has to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund.

The cost of any recommended books or materials purchased for an upcoming reading group or class is non-refundable.

Cagibi reserves the right to remove any student at Cagibi’s discretion.

But I signed up for a class after the cut-off point for a full refund had passed. Can I still be eligible for a full refund?

No. Please be aware of our cancellation policy upon registration.
