Wintry Liberation

Sheltered from
Blustery winds
Whiteout conditions
Siberian wind chill

Enveloped by a
Crackling fire’s warmth
Settled comfortably
Eyes closed
Breathing naturally

In pursuit of
Mindful fitness
Freezing emotions to
Preserve cherished memories
Fluttering within a snow globe

Encouraging worldly thoughts
To lie dormant or
Drift through
Emptying any trash
Cleansing and liberating as the frigid air
